What Our Evaluator Had To Say

“Brian, the owner, handled the phone enquiry and did an excellent job of explaining the club's concept.”

“The program was very manageable and designed for the clients to challenge themselves on their own level. It felt like a really effective workout.”

“The studio was very clean, well-spaced, and all of the equipment was in excellent condition.”

What To Expect From A MADabolic Session

At MADabolic, the term "MAD" refers to the three types of training days offered: Momentum, Anaerobic, and Durability. These programs are expertly crafted by the co-founder, Kirk, and are delivered in comprehensive 12-week cycles.

The Momentum sessions encompass a combination of athletic lifting and dynamic movements, including plyometrics and agility work

The Anaerobic sessions are geared towards enhancing strength and power through high-intensity exercises such as explosive lifts and sprints.

The Durability sessions, on the other hand, are designed to challenge one's stamina, with a focus on lower intensity exercises performed over a longer period of time, such as weighted walks and primal crawling exercises.

The Reception Services

During our anonymous evaluation, MADabolic staff were clearly well trained and showed great initiative when dealing with clients. A real effort was made towards enhancing the customer experience, whether that be through anticipating needs or showing genuine interest in us and our goals.

Expect a smooth and streamlined experience when you first visit a MADabolic gym, with staff who are well prepared to set you up for the workout and any potential return trip.

The Class Experience

The MADabolic Brooklyn location has received our highly prestigious 5-Star Class Experience Award, placing it among the very best of clubs evaluated by The Fit Guide.

The carefully crafted workout program enables each member of the class to train at their own pace while maintaining a high level of intensity.

The coaches are attentive to each client and are expertly trained to cater to both beginners and advanced members, providing personalized guidance and support.

The Equipment And Studio

The studio was very clean, well-spaced, and all of the equipment was in excellent condition.

The Facilities And Public Areas

The facilities and public areas were clean, but with no showers and one room for changing, this area didn’t live up to the rest of the experience.

Workout towels were not available. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.

Digital And Technology

Through their website and socials, there was a strong sense of the brand and what it stands for. There was no fitness technology element to the workout experience.

Pricing

First-time clients to MADabolic have the opportunity to take a trial offer, which includes unlimited access to classes for a period of five days for $5.

Looking for a proper commitment to your training? Go for their annual package and you’ll get unlimited classes for $248 per month. Alternatively, customers who prefer a month-to-month arrangement can access the unlimited package for a monthly fee of $278.

Drop-in sessions are available, but with the trial offer at just $5, this is the best option to get started.
