What to Expect From A REVL Session
REVL is an evidence-based strength and conditioning program that incorporates rowers, air bikes and Ski-Ergs, amongst other tools, for the conditioning aspect, and dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls and rigs for their strength component.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are strength-focused workouts called Move and Perform, with Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays more conditioning-based, called Sweat. Team sessions involve working with others in the REVL community towards a common goal.
Community and high performance are a big focus of the REVL approach and have helped them build a devoted following.
The Reception Service
Our phone calls to the club were left unanswered. On arrival, there was no one immediately available to register us, although two coaches both took time to introduce themselves, connect with us and provide information about the club and what to expect in the class.
