Kai Yoga - Mosman

Sydney, Australia

The Kai Yoga Story

Kai Yoga, founded by Fraser Guthrie and Elisha Young in Mosman, offers practical and accessible yoga training with a focus on inclusivity, philosophy and spirituality.

Their Vinyasa Flow classes draw from ancient Hindu yogic philosophy, while Yin Yoga classes blend Hindu wisdom with Traditional Chinese Medicine, enriching the mind-body connection. Their approach aims to make these traditional concepts relatable and spark curiosity.

With two locations in Sydney (Mosman and Corrimal Village), Kai Yoga provides a nurturing environment for students to explore the benefits of yoga. Additionally, their 'Kai Yoga On Demand' online platform enables their members to practice yoga anywhere.
