What to Expect From An InYoga Session
InYoga offers a variety of classes, from their Progressive Flow class which helps clients “explore more complex asanas through intelligently designed sequences” to their restorative Yin classes.
The teachers take care to look after students individually in the classes which is helpful for newcomers and veteran Yogis alike. You can expect to use traditional Yoga equipment such as bolsters and blocks
The Reception Service
Our pre-visit calls to the branch went unanswered. On arrival, the instructor let participants straight into the class without a formal checking-in process.
After the class, the instructor was comfortable talking through the membership options.
The Class Experience
InYoga received The Fit Guide 4-Star Class Experience Award, making it one of Sydney’s stand-out offerings.
Our instructor led the class clearly with easy-to-follow demonstrations for each exercise and position. First-timers at the studio were taken care of well by the attentive and positive instructor.
Regressions for harder exercises were provided consistently during the workout, as well as more difficult choices for more advanced yogis.
The Equipment And Studio
The studio featured elements of natural vegetation which added to a fresh environment. The floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto a garden completed a serene setting for a yoga class.
The mats provided by the club were slightly worn but in good overall condition.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Towels were not provided. Lockers were provided with key locks. Free water refill stations were available.
There was no waiting room, so participants had to wait in the stairwell before the class started. No showers were available, although there were four private changing cubicles.
Digital And Technology
The booking process was smooth, intuitive and prepared our client well for their class. The social media channels were informative and on-brand.
