What to Expect From A 98 Gym Session
Classes at 98 Gym are all designed with goal-based strength and conditioning training as the main focus. The brand’s mission is to “turn training into an intrinsic part of your well-being” and they aim to do this through rewarding training that brings results, coupled with a vibrant community atmosphere.
Classes run for 45 or 60 minutes and generally have a focus on strength training, building up numbers for compound lifts such as the bench press, squat, and deadlift.
During their Interval Weight Training and Energy System Development sessions, expect to challenge your cardiovascular endurance using machines such as bikes, ski-ergs, and treadmills.

Once checked in, we were invited to use the space to foam roll and get ready. On enquiring about the training options after class, we were told to check the website for prices.
