We were unable to reach the studio by phone beforehand, but the in-person experience more than made up for it. On the way out, the team checked in on how the class went and encouraged us to come back, leaving us with a positive and well-rounded impression.

The class was well run and confidently led from start to finish. Instructions were clear, cues were easy to follow and the session flowed smoothly, even with a full room. The coach offered useful adjustments and steady encouragement, and it was clear they were in control of the space throughout.
While there was limited personal interaction before and after class, the coaching itself was strong. The workout was structured, challenging and consistent, and it worked well for both first-timers and regulars.

The studio felt considered and well put together. Equipment was clean and in excellent condition, with each reformer neatly organised so the space stayed tidy and uncluttered.
