What to Expect From A Ground Zero Session
Ground Zero offers Ride, their cycling concept, as well as Resistance, which is their HIIT and strength circuit concept.
Ride is available in both 45 and 55-minute sessions and is designed to be a full-body workout on a bike. instructors at Ground Zero are known for being high energy and supportive, each creating their own playlist to bring the vibe and energy to the room. A “revolutionary” light and sound system rounds off the experience.
Their Ride sessions occasionally focus on a particular music genre or popular artist.
The Reception Service
On arriving at the club, staff at the front desk were friendly and made our evaluator feel at ease. More effort to get to connect and encourage us to continue training would have been appreciated.

Ground Zero has achieved The Fit Guide 5-Star Class Experience award for an exceptional class, putting it amongst the very best in Singapore and the industry.
The coach took the time to patiently explain the class structure and made sure that our evaluator, a first timer, understood the flow. Throughout the class, the coach offered personalized encouragement, which contributed to an enjoyable experience.
The Equipment And Studio
All equipment was clean and well-maintained. The training area enhanced the sense of brand with its all-white lighting effects against grey-black surfaces.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.
The public areas were very well maintained and appointed, making for a comfortable experience before and after class. The architectural and interior design exuded a minimalistic and contemporary feel, intertwined with futuristic elements.
Digital And Technology
The website was easy to navigate on both mobile and desktop and the social media pages were updated regularly with high quality content. The booking process was smooth and effortless and allowed our evaluator to be confident in knowing what was to be expected at the session.
Ground Zero offers introductory deals for first-time clients including a four-class trial for $70 and 10-day unlimited trial for $100.
If you’re looking for a longer-term commitment, a one-month unlimited membership is priced at $350 per month, and a three-month unlimited deal features $300 monthly payments.
Drop-in sessions are available at $46 per class, with smaller commitment packages also available, starting at 10 sessions for $415.
