How Did BoOm Score Overall?

Update: This club closed in June 2023.

The full client experience at BoOm was great, achieving The Fit Guide 4-Star Award.

The class was excellent and the highlight of our visit, winning our highest accolade, our 5-Star Class Experience Award.

The Highlights

The class, and in particular the coach, was a stand-out positive from the experience. He deftly floated around the room, offering adjustments in form and personal encouragement.

What Our Evaluator Had To Say

The coach was really easy-going, friendly, and energetic. He helped me feel at ease, even before class.”

Everyone left the room smiling, and it was clear that they all had a great time.”

The public areas were clean and neat and the club had a consistent minimal theme throughout the public areas.”

What to Expect From A BoOm Session

BoOm Singapore offers a range of class types and concepts under one roof. BoOmBox is strength and conditioning coupled with water-bag boxing; BoOmBuild is a strength and endurance class that comes in three formats - Endurance, Power and Strength, and BoOmCamp uses weights and cardio machines to build muscle and improve cardio.

The Reception Service

Our pre-visit call to the branch was handled well by a friendly receptionist. At the club, the basics were covered without the team going above and beyond. When our evaluator enquired about package options after the class, staff seemed unsure.

The Class Experience

BoOm has achieved The Fit Guide 5-Star Class Experience award for an outstanding class, putting it amongst the very best in Singapore and the industry.

Our coach was superb, delivering a fun, positive and personalized experience. He made an effort to connect with everyone in the class and appeared to be having a great time throughout. His energy was infectious, and first-timers and beginners were attended to with patience and care.

The Equipment And Studio

The equipment and studio were presentable, well-kept and neat. The training area and equipment did not have many distinctive branding elements, however.

The Facilities And Public Areas

Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.

The public areas were clean, neat, and fresh, with an air of professionalism throughout. The design was minimalist, with neon lighting features on the ceiling adding to the brand experience.

Digital And Technology

The website was notable in design and gave our evaluator a strong insight into what was to be expected during their session. The club’s social media pages were consistent with the brand, but lacked some information that we would have liked to have seen
