On-demand classes are also available, with a select few of their studio classes each week being live streamed on their digital platform.
Classes are usually 60 minutes long, with some “express” 45-minute classes on the schedule. Expect a unique workout experience designed to stimulate all of your senses and challenge your body and mind.

The Reception Service
We enjoyed our pre-visit call—it was full of energy and got us excited for our visit. The enthusiasm and professionalism during the discussion about the class structure and packages made us feel informed and eager to check out the studio.
This warmth carried over to our arrival. The receptionist was welcoming and quickly completed check-in. We were given a clear orientation, including a verbal tour of the studio and amenities, which made navigating the space easy. The receptionist showed genuine interest, asking if it was our first time and offering helpful details, like footwear options for the class.
After class, the departure experience felt transactional. No one checked in on our experience or encouraged us to return. While the receptionist was knowledgeable about package options, there was no proactive effort to understand our needs. That said, we left with a positive overall impression of the reception service.
The Class Experience
The Class received our Recommended rating for the Class Experience.
The class offered a unique mix of mindfulness and movement, led by an energetic instructor who clearly loved teaching. The upbeat music and positive atmosphere made the workout engaging and fun. Efforts to build a sense of community—like encouraging participants to introduce themselves and referring to everyone as “friends”—added a welcoming touch.
However, individual connection was limited. Injury checks weren’t conducted, and there was no personalized guidance or adjustments to form. While regressions and progressions were offered, the lack of one-on-one engagement could leave beginners feeling unsupported. The class also ran eight minutes late, which might be inconvenient for some.
Overall, it was an enjoyable session with high-energy coaching and a well-structured flow.

The Equipment And Studio
The studio was well-designed, offering a clean, branded environment with high-quality equipment, though some wear was noticeable, like scratches on mats and peeling logos. Branded mats and ambient touches—candles, a distinctive scent, and hanging crystal lights—enhanced the atmosphere and reinforced the brand. The lighting and high-quality sound system added to the immersive experience.
Mats were placed quite close together, limiting personal space and causing occasional disruptions. At one point, we were accidentally hit by another participant during a move.
While the space created a great workout setting, a bit more room would have made the experience even better.
The Facilities And Public Areas
The public areas were beautifully designed with high-quality materials like wood floors, marble counters, and gold fixtures, creating an upscale aesthetic. Soft lighting, natural elements like plants, and abstract landscape photographs enhanced the atmosphere, while the unique color palette and a light fixture subtly echoing the studio’s logo reinforced the brand.
Lockers with numerical locks were conveniently sized but lacked hangers. Complimentary workout towels were available, along with a water refill station, though no food or flavored or electrolyte beverages were offered.
The studio didn’t have showers, and the changing area, though stylish with marble countertops and hexagonal tiles, was small, with only one narrow bench—limiting comfort during peak times. Amenities were well-stocked, including hand wash, face cleanser, lotion, and toner.
While the studio’s design and branding created a polished, inviting space, the absence of showers and limited changing area reduced overall convenience.
Digital And Technology
The digital experience provided by The Class was really positive, with a user-friendly website that made booking our class and finding relevant information seamless. Detailed descriptions of class types and coach bios gave the client a clear understanding of what to expect. Social media channels were consistent with the brand's aesthetics and values, offering valuable information and allowing direct class bookings via the Linktree in the Instagram bio.
The emails following bookings were clear and professional, including branding elements such as the logo.
Overall, the seamless booking process, informative website, and strong social media presence left us with a positive impression.
