What to Expect From A [solidcore] Session
A typical [solidcore] session is a 50-minute full-body workout focused on slow and controlled movements using a resistance-based reformer. Their low-impact classes are designed to build strength and endurance by targeting slow-twitch muscle fibers, creating a deep burn with every move.
Some exercises rely solely on body weight, while others incorporate the reformer’s resistance system to challenge your balance, strength, and core stability. Each workout is guided by a well-trained instructor who provides adjustments to accommodate all fitness levels.
Class types include Foundations for beginners, Full Body for regular participants, and Arms + Abs or Buns + Guns for targeted muscle group training.

The Reception Service
When we called the club, the receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us all the details we needed and getting us excited for our visit. While the tone was a bit casual, the conversation was helpful and informative.
At the studio, the reception team made us feel right at home, with a personal tour that ensured we knew our way around. Their enthusiasm for the club was contagious, even amid the busy atmosphere. After class, they took the time to congratulate us and chat about membership options in a way that felt natural and pressure-free—which was a great way to wrap up our visit.
