What To Expect From A [solidcore] Session
[solidcore] is a 50-minute, total-body, strength workout on a pilates-inspired reformer. They use slow, controlled movements to break down the slow-twitch muscle fibers, helping to build a stronger and leaner body. The atmospherically lit studio completes the "immersive experience".
[solidcore] stands out by bringing different levels of intensity and efficiency to the workout experience – appealing to those who believe that the joy is in the work, and that there is always work to be done.

The Reception Service
During our anonymous evaluation, the reception staff were overall friendly and they greeted us promptly on arrival. Personalizing the service and asking us more questions would have helped them make a stronger impression.
The Class Experience
[solidcore] Chelsea has received The Fit Guide 4-Star Class Experience Award for its excellent class experience.
Our coach was friendly, attentive, and experienced, explaining at the beginning of the class that we were aiming for deep core work. Our evaluator, as someone that was new to pilates, felt that some of the instructions could have been communicated more clearly, with more visual demonstrations.
The Equipment And Studio
The equipment and studio were clean, in great condition, and had strong branding elements throughout, such as the backlit logo and inspirational quotes on the wall.
The Facilities And Public Areas
The public areas were clean and in good condition with interesting design features. Whilst free water refills were offered, workout towels were not. Showers were also not provided at the club.
Digital And Technology
The website offered comprehensive information on the concept and coaches, as well as a smooth and intuitive booking process. The workout did not incorporate technology into the experience.
Pricing
[solidcore] have a ‘new client special’, offering unlimited sessions for two weeks at $109.
If you’re looking for a longer-term commitment, memberships are available from $155 for four classes per month up to $417 for unlimited classes.
Drop-in sessions are available at $42 per class during peak times, and $35 at off-peak times. Smaller commitment packages are also available, starting at a five pack for $208.
