What To Expect From An Exhale Spa Session

Exhale Spa's fitness offering covers three modalities: barre, cardio, and yoga. Their barre classes feature pulses, isometric holds, and strength work for an efficient workout. Exhale Spa's yoga sessions offer athletic flows, inspiring playlists, and full body strengthening and their cardio classes use HIIT, light dumbbells, TRX, and bodyweight exercise to help you sweat it out.

The Reception Service

During our pre-visit call, the staff did a good job of informing us about the concept and answering our questions. At the studio, the staff did a satisfactory job of checking us in and giving us the basics, but more effort could have been made to make our first visit special.

The Class Experience

Exhale Spa received our Recommended rating for the Class Experience.

Our coach had a positive and enthusiastic demeanor which made for an enjoyable class. The class finished 10 minutes late which was inconvenient, and there were times in the class when the atmosphere and energy could have been more elevated.

The Equipment And Studio

Both the studio and equipment was high quality, clean and in good condition, bar a few marks and scratches on the floor and some of the balls.

The Facilities And Public Areas

The public areas were really nicely designed and spacious, with showers and a wide array of amenities available.

Workout and shower towels were available free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.

Digital And Technology

Exhale Spa’s digital presence, through their website, social media, and app, were up to date and user friendly. The website contained a blog section, but the last post was over a year old.
