The TREMBLE Story

TREMBLE is a boutique fitness brand based in South Florida that centers on high-intensity, low-impact reformer workouts. Its full-body sessions combine strength training, cardio, and Pilates-inspired movements, all executed on custom reformers in a boutique studio setting. The name “TREMBLE” reflects the brand’s concept that muscle shaking is a sign of pushing beyond your limits and entering transformation.

The studio’s environment is designed to be immersive and energetic, often dim-lit and sound-driven to create focus and intensity. Its primary format is a 50-minute group class, known as Full Body TREMBLE, which targets the major muscle groups with a core emphasis. TREMBLE also offers private and semi-private sessions for more individualized training or technique focus.

Under the leadership of Aryan Rashed, TREMBLE has expanded through multiple Miami-area locations and now markets itself as a South Florida-grown brand aiming for broader reach.

What to Expect From A TREMBLE Session

TREMBLE Brickell delivers a high-intensity Pilates-inspired workout designed to strengthen, tone, and challenge both body and mind. The 50-minute sessions blend reformer-based movements with core-focused conditioning and functional strength work, all set to upbeat music and coached in a fast-paced, motivating style. Classes are designed for all levels, with modifications offered throughout, making it easy to find your edge whether you’re a first-timer or a regular. Expect a sleek, club-like environment, strong energy, and a serious burn.

The Reception Service

From the moment we arrived at the club, the service felt friendly but informal. The coach greeted us warmly and helped us get settled, but there wasn’t much of a personal touch or orientation beyond the basics. While everything ran smoothly, it felt like more could have been done to help first-timers understand the class concept and feel welcomed into the community.

After class, things wrapped up quickly without much engagement. We weren’t given any encouragement to come back or information about memberships, which made the experience feel transactional rather than personal. A few extra minutes of conversation or a quick mention of package options would have gone a long way in building a stronger connection.

The Class Experience

TREMBLE Brickell received our Class Experience Award of Excellence.

The class was an intense, efficient full-body workout that lived up to TREMBLE’s reputation for results. Our coach brought strong energy and maintained focus throughout, offering thoughtful form adjustments and words of encouragement that helped keep everyone on track. We appreciated that modifications were given to suit different ability levels, ensuring both newcomers and regulars could get the most out of the session.

While the flow and coaching were solid, the class skipped both a warm-up and cool-down, making the transitions feel a little abrupt. A few minutes of guided stretching or decompression at the end would have rounded off the experience nicely.

Overall, we enjoyed the challenge and appreciated the coach’s presence and professionalism. The upbeat music and fast-paced format kept the energy high from start to finish, leaving us feeling accomplished by the end.

The Equipment And Studio

The studio had a sleek, urban look that fit the TREMBLE brand, featuring black reformers under red lighting and some fun tropical wallpaper that gave a nod to its Miami location. The setup felt clean, modern, and ready for action, with the reformers spaced comfortably to allow for easy movement.

Most of the equipment was in great shape and worked perfectly, though a few reformers showed signs of age. The mirrored walls helped us check our form, but two unfinished sections without mirrors stood out and made the space feel a little incomplete.

Still, the lighting, music, and overall layout created a motivating environment that captured the studio’s energetic personality.

The Facilities And Public Areas

Finding the studio was a little tricky, as it’s tucked within a condominium complex with minimal signage, but once inside, the space was neat, fresh, and functional. The palm wallpaper and light-up signage added some local flair, though the décor didn’t quite carry the bold energy of the TREMBLE brand.

There weren’t any dedicated changing areas or lockers, and guests had to use the shared restroom facilities. Amenities were minimal, but everything available was clean and well maintained. Water was sold at the front desk, though we would have appreciated a refill station for convenience.

The waiting area felt comfortable, with music at a pleasant volume and a calm, organized setup. Overall, it was a clean, simple space that worked well for its purpose, even if it could use a few extra features to elevate the guest experience.

Digital And Technology

We found booking a class at TREMBLE to be quick and easy, with an intuitive website that made the process smooth from start to finish. The layout was sleek and modern, with strong visuals and an energizing tone that reflected the brand’s bold identity. Emails were professional and clear, helping us feel well prepared ahead of our first visit.

On social media, the brand's presence was vibrant and consistent, showcasing powerful imagery, instructor features, and plenty of class inspiration to keep followers engaged. The only small area for improvement would be more in-depth bios to highlight each coach’s style and personality. Overall, the digital journey matched the studio’s high-energy vibe, from the effortless booking process to the dynamic online content that truly captured the spirit of the workout.
