What to Expect From A SoulCycle Brickell Session
At SoulCycle Brickell, the classes follow the brand’s signature rhythm-based indoor cycling format. Riders clip in for a 45-minute session that blends cardio intervals, choreography on the bike, and an arm series with light weights. The focus is on moving as one group to the beat of the music, with playlists carefully matched to the pace and flow of the ride.
Class types are generally offered in one main format — SoulCycle’s standard ride — though some sessions are themed around artists, genres, or special events, which helps keep the schedule fresh. Every class is designed to give both a full-body workout and a strong community atmosphere.
First timers can expect staff to help with bike setup and shoe rentals, and bikes are reserved at the time of booking. The darkened, candlelit studio setting makes it easy to focus on the ride and the music, without distraction.
The Reception Service
Check-in at SoulCycle Brickell was smooth and efficient, though as first-timers we would have appreciated a bit more guidance. We weren’t told where to wait, which made the pre-class moments feel slightly uncertain. A quick orientation or a few clear directions would have made the start more comfortable.
After class, the tone shifted positively. The front desk team was friendly, approachable, and happy to explain the different package options without any pressure. Their relaxed, confident approach made the interaction easy and enjoyable.
While the welcome could have been more proactive, the warm post-class service ended the visit on a high note.
The Class Experience
SoulCycle Brickell received our Recommended Rating for the Class Experience.
SoulCycle Brickell delivered the brand’s signature high-energy experience. With candles glowing, dimmed lights, and a thumping playlist, the space felt equal parts nightclub and fitness studio. The instructor kept the energy high throughout, singing along and motivating the room with upbeat, rhythmic cues.
The class followed SoulCycle’s familiar format, blending rhythm-based riding with upper body tracks using hand weights. It was smooth, synchronized, and powered by the music.
While first-timers weren’t given much extra attention or setup guidance, the overall experience was lively, engaging, and true to SoulCycle
The Equipment And Studio
The studio itself looked every bit the part — modern, sleek, and unmistakably SoulCycle. Custom bikes with the brand logo were lined up neatly, and weights for the arm tracks were set and ready to go. While a few of the dumbbells showed some wear, everything was functional and felt high quality.
The environment was just as impressive as the equipment. Dim lighting, glowing candles, and motivational slogans on the walls created a dramatic, brand-forward setting that instantly put us in the right headspace for the ride.
The sound system deserves a special shout-out. The music came through crystal clear, powerful enough to fill the room without being overwhelming, and perfectly set the tone for the class. Together, these details made the studio feel polished and immersive.
The Facilities And Public Areas
The moment you approach SoulCycle Brickell, the big, bold yellow logo sets the tone for what’s inside. Stepping through the doors, we were met with fresh, comfortable spaces and eye-catching wall art that carried the brand personality throughout the club.
Practical touches were well covered too. Lockers were plentiful, easy to use, and conveniently located. Both workout and shower towels were complimentary, with fresh ones folded neatly on each bike — a thoughtful touch that made us smile.
The changing rooms and bathrooms were sleek, clean, and stocked with useful extras like cotton buds, deodorant, and hairdryers. While they weren’t as design-led as the main studio, they ticked all the right boxes for comfort and convenience, making it easy to freshen up post-ride.
Digital And Technology
The online side of the SoulCycle experience was smooth and polished. Booking via the website or branded app was effortless, with class schedules and package details all laid out clearly. Confirmation emails landed right away, complete with arrival instructions and cancellation policies, so we felt fully prepared for our visit.
We especially liked the creative touches in the emails, including funky artwork that stood out from the usual confirmation messages you’d expect from a studio. These little details helped the brand personality shine through.
On the flip side, the studio’s social media presence felt a bit underwhelming, with fewer updates and less of that signature SoulCycle energy than we would have liked. Still, overall, the digital journey was easy, branded, and confidence-inspiring.
