Rumble’s classes are designed around signature formats such as Rumble Boxing, Rumble Strength, and Rookie for newcomers. The most popular, Rumble Boxing, is a 45-minute, 10-round workout that alternates between boxing combinations on the bag and strength or HIIT moves on the floor. The dark room, dramatic lighting, and driving music build intensity with every round, while the instructor and projected timers guide you through the sequence.

Each class includes a short warm-up, clear instruction on punches and form, and a final cool down to reset the body. Expect a fast-paced, full-body workout that blends rhythm, strength, and cardio. Workout towels are provided, showers are available, and arriving early is recommended to get wrapped up and ready.

Once we asked a few questions, the team happily pointed us toward the changing area and made sure we felt comfortable before heading in. The Coral Gables studio looked incredible—spotless, stylish, and every bit the elevated boxing space we’d hoped for. Everything from the polished floors to the pristine gloves felt fresh and well maintained. The moody red lighting, sleek mirrors, and branded details gave it that unmistakable Rumble edge—bold, gritty, yet refined.

When the lights shifted and the music kicked in, the room came alive. The sound system packed a punch, keeping us locked in from start to finish. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to move, sweat, and keep throwing punches long after the bell.

Rumble’s signature style carried through to the public areas, with the standout feature being the wall of branded gloves behind the front desk - a statement piece that instantly grabbed our attention. The overall space was clean and fresh, though it could use a few tweaks to make it even more special. A bit more exterior signage would help newcomers find it more easily, and some comfy seating wouldn’t go amiss.

Inside, the locker area was tidy and practical with digital locks, and the showers were clean and modern with good water pressure and stocked products. Workout towels were free, though shower towels weren’t provided. The amenities were basic but functional, and the overall space felt fresh, professional, and true to Rumble’s energetic brand.

The digital experience was slick and straightforward from the start. The website and app were easy to navigate, with punchy visuals, bold copy, and an energy that totally matched what we found in the studio. Booking was smooth, and confirmations landed fast.

In class, the digital elements shone. A projected display of the workout kept us on track and added to the flow, and the sound and lighting synced perfectly to keep the energy high. Rumble’s social channels were also a highlight as they were full of action shots, community moments, and motivational energy. Altogether, the tech experience felt fresh, cohesive, and very much Rumble.
