The Fuze House Story

Fuze House is a boutique infrared-heated mat Pilates and sculpt studio with locations in Miami and New York City. The brand was founded by Elisa “Eli” Kaylin, who developed the signature class formats integrating Pilates, strength, and heat.

The studio centers its workouts around low-impact, high-intensity mat Pilates and sculpt classes, delivered in rooms heated above 95 °F via infrared technology. The infrared heat is positioned as a key element of the experience, intended to promote a deep, detoxifying sweat while supporting muscle circulation, endurance, and a more intense workout.

Fuze House emphasizes design and atmosphere: the interiors are treated like a luxury spa, with premium Bala equipment, organic products in restrooms, and retail offerings.

Class formats include Hot Pilates, Hot Sculpt, Yogalates, and combinations with HIIT, with “lite” non-heated options and private training available as well.

What Our Evaluator Had To Say

“I left feeling like I’d had a fun, challenging session that pushed me, but in a space that felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed.”

What to Expect From A Fuze Sunset Habour Session

Fuze House is built around the idea of low-impact, high-intensity movement that strengthens, sculpts, and tones the body without the need for heavy equipment. Rooted in Pilates principles but designed with a modern twist, the method blends controlled mat work with the use of resistance props like Bala rings and bands. Sessions take place in a sleek, design-driven studio where lighting, music, and flow come together to create an immersive workout experience.

The flagship Sculpt class runs for 50 minutes and combines classic Pilates moves with resistance bands and rings to deliver a full-body, dynamic workout. Expect smooth transitions, challenging sequences, and a strong focus on form and alignment. For those looking for something shorter, Express Sculpt condenses the experience into 30 minutes of focused training.

The Reception Service

Arriving at Fuze House felt smooth and easy. We were greeted with a smile, checked in quickly, and given the lowdown on where to find lockers, water, and everything we needed to get ready. The cozy, stylish vibe of the front area set a relaxed tone, making us feel comfortable from the start.

The orientation was clear and helped us settle in as first-timers. Our questions about packages and class options were answered, though some details had to be double-checked. Even so, the interaction was friendly and professional, and we felt prepared to step onto the training floor without hesitation.

After class, the farewell was polite, though a little more energy or encouragement to come back would have made the finish stronger. Something like a personalized suggestion or a quick rundown of the next week’s schedule would have added that extra spark to round out the experience.

The Class Experience

The class at Fuze House has achieved our Recommended Rating.

The workout itself was the highlight. With upbeat throwback tracks driving the energy, the class flowed seamlessly from a fun warm-up into a dynamic, challenging session. Clear cues and demonstrations kept us on track, so we always knew what was coming next.

We loved the balance of intensity and variety, with options to push harder for those looking for an extra challenge. The instructor’s positive energy kept the room motivated, and the lighting effects added atmosphere to each stage of the class. While there was less focus on personal adjustments or injury checks, the overall delivery left us sweaty, smiling, and feeling accomplished.

The cooldown tied things together nicely, with stretching paired with the refreshing touch of a cold essential oil towel.

The Equipment And Studio

Fuze House impressed us with its sleek and stylish setup. The use of Bala equipment in soft pinks and neutrals gave the room a modern, design-forward look, while still delivering high quality and functionality. Everything was spotless, well-arranged, and in top condition, with plenty of kit for all ability levels.

The training room leaned into a minimalist yet warm aesthetic, with wooden floors, wicker baskets, and plants bringing a natural feel. Paired with moody lighting and crisp sound, the environment struck the perfect balance between calming and energizing.

It wasn’t just a space to work out — it felt like a carefully crafted environment designed to make training more fun. The mix of thoughtful design, quality equipment, and atmosphere definitely elevated the overall studio experience.

The Facilities And Public Areas

The public areas kept up the chic, natural aesthetic that runs through Fuze House. Wooden details and greenery softened the space, while a clean, modern design gave it a polished edge. The waiting area was small but cozy, offering just enough seating for a quick pause before class.

Lockers were simple to use with digital locks, and fresh workout towels were complimentary. The grooming area added a touch of luxury, and we appreciated the high-end amenities like Elemis products, dry shampoo, and deodorant.

With no showers available, the space worked best for those popping in and out for a session, but the overall design and thoughtful touches still made it feel comfortable and convenient.

Digital And Technology

Booking with Fuze House was a breeze. The website and app made it simple to grab a spot, view the schedule, and check out instructor bios. Everything ran smoothly and felt user-friendly from start to finish.

The website itself was professional and easy to navigate, with clear class descriptions. While we would have liked to see more about the brand’s story or values, the basics were all there. Emails confirmed our booking quickly, though they leaned a little on the functional side and could have added more personality or practical info like suggested arrival times.

On the tech front, the branded app and on-demand training were great extras. Social media was on brand but less active, with fewer updates and limited booking info.
