The Reception Service
Our initial call was not answered and required a callback. Once connected, the conversation was calm and clear. Class formats and introductory pricing were explained in detail, and we felt informed before visiting.
In studio, we were greeted promptly, acknowledged as first timers and checked in efficiently. A short orientation covered where to store belongings and how the space operated. After class, there was a friendly check-in and the intro offer was explained again. Goals were not explored in depth and no specific next class was recommended.
