What to Expect From A MegaMode CBD Session
MegaMode CBD delivers Lagree-based workouts centred on slow, controlled strength training on the Megaformer. Expect low impact, high intensity sessions focused on time under tension across core, glutes, legs and upper body. Classes are structured with clear guidance and layered progressions. The emphasis is on form, control and muscular endurance in a sleek, high-energy setting.
The Reception Service
Our pre-visit calls to the studio were not answered but once we arrived, the experience was strong. We were greeted promptly, acknowledged as first timers and checked in quickly in a calm reception space. A clear orientation covered where to wait and how the studio worked, which made it easy to settle in.
After class, there was a genuine check-in about how the session felt. Pricing was explained clearly when discussed. Our name was not used during the visit and there was limited exploration of our goals or guidance toward a specific next step. The foundations were solid, with scope to strengthen personal connection and sales follow-through.
The Class Experience
MegaMode CBD has received our Class Experience Award of Excellence.
The class was a clear highlight. We were acknowledged as first timers, asked about our background and reassured around the equipment before starting. The session began on time, the format and goals were explained and an injury check was completed.
Coaching throughout was technically strong. Demonstrations were clear, cues were easy to follow and regular walk arounds included discreet form corrections. Questions were answered confidently. Progressions and regressions were offered and the session flowed smoothly. The class finished on time with a warm close and space for questions. Names were not used during class, though coaching quality was consistent and professional.
The Equipment And Studio
The studio felt polished and purpose built. Lagree equipment was clean, in excellent condition and well spaced, creating a premium feel. Everything functioned as expected and spacing allowed comfortable movement.
Neon lighting and visible branding added a modern edge. Floors, walls and ceilings were well maintained, and temperature and sound supported a focused, energetic session. The environment aligned well with the intensity of the workout.
The Facilities And Public Areas
The studio was easy to find with clear signage and strong street presence. Public areas were fresh, organised and professional. The waiting area was spacious with adequate seating, natural light and greenery adding to the atmosphere.
Changing areas were clean and well presented. Lockers were secure and well sized with sufficient bench space. Amenities included hand wash, dry shampoo, deodorant, moisturiser and sunscreen. Showers were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and facial cleanser. Hairdryers were available. Hangers and complimentary shower towels were not provided. Food options were not available, though paid drinks and electrolytes were offered alongside complimentary water.
Digital And Technology
Booking through the website and branded app was straightforward. Confirmation emails were immediate and cancellation policies and late fees were clearly outlined. Arrival instructions were communicated clearly.
The website was mobile friendly and aligned with the brand’s visual identity. Class types, schedules, pricing and coach bios were easy to find. Lead capture triggered follow-up email communication. Social media reflected the in-studio look, though posting frequency was lower and schedules were not clearly displayed there. The digital setup focused on booking and communication without extended performance tracking features.
