What To Expect From A triyoga Session

Triyoga offers a large variety of classes, from more traditional practices such as Jivamukti and Vinyasa, to more modern offerings such as Yoga For Sport. Classes are typically 60-75 minutes long.

The Reception Service

The phone enquiry for Triyoga Chelsea got things off to a good start, with a friendly, knowledgeable team member who shared all the key details about classes, prices and facilities. The call felt warm and conversational, and there was a clear sense of enthusiasm about the visit.

On arrival, service was polite but a little uneven. There was an unexpected wait at the reception desk, as no one was present when we arrived. Once the receptionist appeared, she was friendly and knew her stuff, but much of the interaction felt reactive rather than proactive. We weren’t offered much guidance on things like where to find the water fountain or changing rooms unless we asked, and while there was some orientation, it could have been more thorough.

Ater class, the experience wrapped up on a quieter note. The receptionist remained polite and approachable, but she didn’t ask how the class went, thank us for coming, or encourage us to return. While the basics were covered and the overall tone was pleasant, there was room for a more engaging, personalised approach.

The Class Experience

Triyoga Chelsea received The Fit Guide Class Experience Award of Excellence, making it one of London’s stand-out offerings.

The class at Triyoga Chelsea was a warm, uplifting experience that set the right tone for a Sunday morning. The coach created an immediate sense of calm, greeting us all warmly as we entered and taking time to chat with first-timers, even asking for names and offering reassurance about what to expect. Her energy was light and friendly, with a few well-timed jokes and a charming quote to open the class, which helped break the ice and relax the group.

Throughout the 90-minute session, her teaching style was clear and easy to follow, supported by helpful visual demonstrations and thoughtful adjustments made discreetly around the room. Options were offered for many poses to ensure everyone could participate at their own level, and she struck a nice balance between guiding the flow and letting the practice feel organic. While the structure of the class wasn’t outlined upfront, the transitions between movements kept the session feeling natural and unforced.

The class wrapped up beautifully with a mindful cooldown and a gentle thank-you. Though there wasn’t any follow-up chat after class, the coach stayed available for questions and maintained her welcoming energy until the very end.

The Equipment And Studio

The studio at Triyoga Chelsea had a calm and uplifting atmosphere that made it a lovely space to move in. Equipment was plentiful and in good condition, with everything neatly arranged so that we had clear sightlines to the coach and plenty of room to stretch out without feeling cramped. A small touch of branding was present with the purple-colored equipment, though there weren’t many other visual elements tying the space back to the Triyoga identity.

The room itself was airy, well-ventilated, and filled with natural light from the large windows, which created an inviting vibe. The temperature was spot on, there were no distracting noises, and the whole space felt comfortable and functional.

The Facilities And Public Areas

The public areas at Triyoga Chelsea created a sense of calm from the moment you stepped inside, with white walls, wooden benches, and big windows that filled the space with natural light. The burning incense added a gentle, welcoming scent. While there weren’t any big “wow” design moments or a striking sense of arrival, the space felt thoughtfully put together and very much in line with the style of workouts offered.

Changing rooms were neat and tidy, though fairly simple, and they lacked amenities like lotion or deodorant. There was enough space to get ready comfortably, and functioning hairdryers were a nice touch, but the design was understated and didn’t really stand out. Shower towels were only available to rent at £1, and workout towels weren’t provided

On the plus side, there were great showers with strong water pressure and Sacha Juan products, along with a water refill station that kept things convenient. A coffee bar sat at the heart of the space.

Digital And Technology

The digital journey with Triyoga Chelsea was smooth and reliable, starting with an easy-to-use website. One-off sessions and packages could be purchased online, payments went through without a hitch, and the whole process felt bug-free and straightforward.

The website itself was polished and full of useful information. It carried the brand’s welcoming vibe with messages like “everyone can triyoga,” which reinforced their inclusive ethos. Instructor bios, class descriptions, and schedules were all easy to find, and there were plenty of call-to-action buttons encouraging visitors to try a class.

Social media included fresh, high-quality posts landing multiple times a week and an Instagram Linktree that neatly guided clients to schedules and bookings.
