What To Expect From A The Fore Fortitude Session
Fortitude is The Fore’s signature class, combining treadmill running on slick Technogym Skillmills with bodyweight strength work on TRX suspension trainers. Rip Trainers, the dynamic, explosive training tool from TRX, is added to the mix for an added blast of power and core training.
Fortitude sessions are 45 minutes long and can be adapted to all ability and experience levels.
The Reception Service
Our pre-visit call to the branch was great, the staff member confidently answered our questions and prepared us for our session. At the end of the call, we were looking forward to coming.
In the club, the staff was very friendly and made an effort to learn and remember our name. The orientation of the space was unrushed and helpful and we felt warmly welcomed.
The Class Experience
The Fore received our Recommended rating for the Class Experience.
Our class was run by a knowledgeable and attentive coach, who did a good job of welcoming first timers and newcomers to the concept. Clear options to make the exercises were offered to accommodate all levels, but some fitness jargon may have been hard to understand for some.
He did a good job of seamlessly integrating some latecomers to the workout, without it affecting the experience for everyone else.
The Equipment And Studio
The training space had an abundance of natural light, which created a nice, fresh atmosphere. Equipment was high end, from TRX and Technogym, and was well spaced out throughout the studio.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.
The club included a co-working space, which was a unique feature and offered a pleasant spot to wait before the class started. The public areas had an attractive aesthetic, such as steel lockers and a brass sink. All spaces were clean and fresh.
Digital And Technology
The website contained valuable information such as bios on the coaches and information about the different class types. There was no technology element woven into the class experience.
