What Our Evaluator Had To Say
"The workout flowed smoothly and left me feeling like I’d had a solid session, even if there weren’t many standout moments of energy from the coach."
"The team at the front desk really took their time to walk me through the space and different membership options, which made me feel like they genuinely wanted me to come back."
"The studio felt light and airy, with a mix of modern and natural design details that made it a fun place to work out."

What to Expect From A Reformcore Session
At Reformcore, the goal is simple – build strength, stability, and control through a fresh take on Pilates. Their classes combine traditional reformer Pilates foundations with functional strength training for a workout that challenges both body and mind.
Each 50-minute session blends dynamic reformer movements with resistance training, core-focused drills, and mobility work. Expect to use the reformer alongside props like dumbbells, resistance bands, and weighted balls to keep every class varied and engaging.
Reformcore’s programming is progressive and purposeful, helping you improve posture, increase strength, and develop lasting core stability with every class you take.

The Reception Service
The phone interaction was friendly and informative. The receptionist asked questions about our prior Pilates experience and explained that the classes were scalable for all skill levels, helping build excitement for the visit.
On arrival, we were greeted immediately and taken through an unrushed and helpful orientation of the space. The receptionist explained where to find the studio, changing rooms, and lockers, and even pointed out that instructions for the lockers could be found inside.
The departure experience was handled with the same friendly tone. The receptionist patiently explained membership and class pack options in detail, showing a great knowledge. The effort to go over the various choices left us feeling appreciated and encouraged to return.
The Class Experience
The class delivered a solid workout and flowed smoothly from start to finish, leaving us feeling that we’d had a worthwhile session. The induction at the start was clear and helpful, covering the equipment and setting expectations for the exercises ahead. However, there wasn’t much in the way of extra guidance for first timers beyond the basics.
During the workout, the coach maintained a professional tone and gave strong demonstrations, but there was a noticeable lack of energy or warmth that could have made the experience more engaging. Progressions and regressions were offered, and encouragement was given, but the overall atmosphere didn’t feel particularly personal or connected, and there was little effort to build a sense of community within the room.
As the class wrapped up, a cooldown was led with the right pacing, and the coach remained available for questions afterwards. However, as a first-timer, we were surprised that there was no follow‑up after class.

The Equipment And Studio
The studio space had a calm, welcoming energy that hit the right note the moment we stepped in. It felt clean, fresh, and light throughout, with hanging plants adding an inviting touch and softening the sleek look of the space. The feature wall with the brand name lit up in white stood out as a centerpiece, tying the design together and making the whole room feel more polished and premium.
The reformers, weights, and props were in good working order, though a few of the weights were a little faded. Despite this, everything was set up to make training easy and efficient, with plenty of room to move around safely.

The Facilities And Public Areas
We found the public areas to be fresh and inviting, with a comfortable atmosphere that made the wait before class easy. Complimentary water and free workout and shower towels were nice inclusions.
The lockers, were quite small and lacked hangers, and towels were presented in a way that didn’t feel especially refined. That said, the essentials were well covered: showers were clean with consistent hot water, amenities were plentiful, and there was no shortage of thoughtful touches like Barebells snacks and branded drinks. The smoothie bar was a welcome addition.

Digital And Technology
The booking process was smooth and and made securing a spot for class quick and simple. Everything needed for a first visit was covered clearly, from arrival times to cancellation policies, and confirmation emails were prompt and well-branded.
The tone throughout the site felt aligned with the brand’s values, striking a serious, focused vibe that matched the studio’s identity. While functional and consistent in branding, it looked a bit dated in places.
