The Reception Service
We weren't able to get through to the club by phone; however, on arrival, the experience picked up immediately. The coach greeted us warmly, introduced herself by name, and acknowledged it was our first time, taking the time to point out the changing rooms, lockers, and water station. The check-in setup was basic, with just a wall-mounted screen, but she made the process feel easy and unhurried.
As we left, the coach checked in to ask how we’d found the class and recommended the £25 first-timer offer so we could explore more sessions. Even with another class about to start, she made the effort to chat and encourage us back, which left us with a positive final impression.
The Class Experience
Milo and The Bull London Bridge has received our Class Experience Award of Excellence.
The class at Milo & The Bull had a lively, team-driven feel thanks to its partner-based format, which kept motivation high and created a sense of camaraderie in the room. The coach led with plenty of energy, greeting everyone warmly and keeping the mood upbeat from start to finish.
Each exercise was demonstrated clearly at the start, though with so many new movements to remember, it was sometimes tricky to recall every steps, but we found that following along with a partner helped fill in the gaps. Throughout the session, the coach moved around the studio, offering adjustments, checking on first-timers, and making sure form was on point.
The class wrapped up with a cooldown that eased the pace, and even with another session about to begin, the coach stayed approachable and available for questions. It was an engaging and supportive session that left us with a strong impression.

The Equipment And Studio
The training space at Milo & The Bull had everything needed for the session, with plenty of equipment to go around and enough space for everyone to move safely and comfortably. Branded touches like the logo on the rowing machines and a bold wall stencil helped create a strong sense of the studio’s identity.
Some equipment, like kettlebells and certain weights, showed signs of wear, with rust and fading logos, and there was a faint smell of rubber noticeable throughout the club. Despite this, the space was clean, well-lit, and organised, with racks fully stocked and cardio machines in great condition.

The Facilities And Public Areas
The public areas at Milo & The Bull were practical and easy to navigate, with a simple flow from the entrance to the training space. Branding was present in the form of logos and signage, giving the studio a clear identity.
The changing rooms were neat and tidy with hairdryers, straighteners, and a selection of amenities like deodorant and dry shampoo. Space here was limited, and a few marks on the walls hinted at some wear, but overall, the facilities were functional and clean.

Digital And Technology
The digital experience at Milo & The Bull made booking a class simple and stress-free. The website was clear, mobile-friendly, and very much on-brand, with strong imagery and tone that reflected the club’s personality. Class options, pricing, and cancellation policies were easy to find and understand, and the branded app worked smoothly for booking and managing sessions.
Emails were polished and personalised, with logos and colour elements that reinforced the brand identity. Their social channels were active and gave a good feel for the vibe of the studio.
