What Our Evaluator Had To Say
“I felt like I could book, show up and just focus on the workout as everything online was really straightforward.”
“Even when I forgot an exercise mid-way through, the coach was right there to guide me without making me feel awkward.”
“The studio wasn’t flashy, but it was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for the session.”
What To Expect From A Milo and The Bull Circuits Session
Milo and the Bull’s Circuit class is a cardio and strength session that is “high energy and high intensity”. For the cardio component, class participants use SkiErgs, rowers and airbikes. For the strength work, expect bodyweight and free weight exercises.
Other classes offered by Milo and the Bull include strength, yoga, Pilates and rowing-focused sessions.
The Reception Service
We were unable to reach the club by phone, which made for an uncertain first impression.
On arrival, there wasn’t a reception team in place, but the coach stepped in, greeting us warmly and handling check-in quickly on an iPad. He pointed out the essentials, though we had to ask about a few things like water and showers.
After class, the conversation was approachable and relaxed. The coach explained the package options clearly, grabbed a flyer to walk us through the details, and kept the chat friendly without any pressure to sign up. It felt genuine, if not particularly focused on encouraging us to continue training.
The Class Experience
The Class Experience has received The Fit Guide Recommended rating.
The class was an enjoyable and well-rounded workout, leaving us with a positive impression overall. The session ran smoothly, with clear demonstrations and varied exercises that kept things interesting. While there were a few moments when extra guidance was needed, the coach stayed attentive and ready to help, making sure we felt supported.
The structure of the class was easy to follow, with three stations and a rotation format explained upfront. Instructions were straightforward, and the coach kept a close eye on form, offering discreet corrections and helpful adjustments. Encouragement was shared throughout the session, though progressions and regressions weren’t always highlighted.
The class wrapped up with a cooldown that brought the pace down nicely, though the music at that point made it hard to hear instructions clearly. A warm, positive atmosphere and touches of community spirit, like the friendly competition on the digital board, added to the experience.
The Equipment And Studio
The studio had a clean, easy vibe that made it a pleasant space to work out. It felt fresh and well-kept, and the music and temperature hit the right balance. It was a simple setup overall, but it worked, though with a fuller class, things might have felt a bit tight.
The gear was all in good shape and ready to go, with plenty of options for different levels. There were some nice branded touches on the walls and windows to tie the space together, even if the design itself wasn’t showy. Overall, it felt like a tidy, reliable studio to get a solid session in.

The Facilities And Public Areas
The public areas were tidy and well cared for, with a simple, no-fuss style. Branding was clear on signs, windows, and walls, giving the space a consistent look, but there weren’t any real standout design features or sensory touches to make it feel especially unique.
The changing and grooming areas were clean and functional, but space was tight so we had to navigate carefully around one another. Essentials like hand wash and a few toiletries were available, but the setup felt a bit basic, and some items weren’t presented very neatly. Showers were in good condition overall, with strong water pressure, hot water, and complimentary shower towels provided.
Lockers were small but clean and easy to use, with number locks included. Workout towels were available but not free, and there were no food or drink options beyond a free water refill spot. While the space covered the basics well, it didn’t offer much beyond that.
Digital And Technology
The digital experience felt seamless. The website was clean, easy to navigate and full of the practical information needed to feel ready for a first visit. Booking a class, paying online and managing cancellations were all simple, with confirmation emails outlining key policies like cancellation windows and arrival times.
The site itself looked sharp and on-brand, with high-quality images taken in the studio that gave a real feel for the experience. Coach bios, class descriptions and values were clearly explained, and social media pages followed the same tone, full of content from inside the club.
