What To Expect From A Frame Yoga Session
Frame offers a huge range of class options such as yoga, Pilates, barre, cardio and strength classes.
Each modality is broken down into a large variety of fun and lively class types - for example, if yoga is your thing, you can try the Power Yoga or the more traditional Yin Yoga class. If cardio and strength is more your vibe, you have diverse options such as Box Fit or Kettlebells, to name just a few. Frame even offers a “Party Class” range, which include 80s Aerobics or 90s Dance Cardio classes.
It’s safe to say that at Frame, there’s something for everyone.
The Reception Service
Our pre-visit call to the branch was great. It was handled by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who was able to prepare us well for our visit.
On arrival at the club, the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer our questions, but did not make any attempt to find out more about the us, or ask how we had found the class after the session.
The Class Experience
Frame Shoreditch received our Recommended rating for the Class Experience.
The coach appeared to enjoy himself and had a warm energy, which set a nice tone for the class. The class flowed well, and all explanations were backed up with clear visual demonstrations. More attention to individual form and technique would have helped improve the experience.
The Equipment And Studio
The studio was clean and felt fresh, with plenty of space for clients for to move around.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Shower towels were provided free of charge, but workout towels were not. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.
Frame’s distinctive branding elements, especially the use of brand colours, were seen throughout the public areas. Whilst the changing area could have been bigger, the public spaces as a whole felt airy, light and fresh.
Digital And Technology
The booking process was smooth but lacked some features such as a confirmation email or the ability to make requests in the booking. The website was very informative and aligned with the brand’s values. Technology was not a part of the standard class experience.
