What to Expect From A YOFIT Hot Studios Session
YOFIT Hot Studios offers various yoga classes in a heated room, promising a host of benefits such as improved strength, flexibility and awareness. All practice rooms are heated to a temperature ranging from 35- 40 degrees.
In a selection that caters to all levels, class types include YoFLO, their signature Vinyasa flow session; YoFIIT which infuses strength and endurance into the practice and YoCORE, which adds a focus on strengthening your core muscles.
The Reception Service
All three of our attempts to contact the club by phone went unanswered.
On arrival at the club, we were greeted with a warm smile and a clear explanation of the studio space and what to expect.
After the class, the team followed up with us, asking if we had enjoyed the class. Package options were explained clearly and concisely, with encouragement to book into our next class at Yofit.
The Class Experience
YoFit Hot Studios received our Recommended rating for the Class Experience.
Our instructor led the class professionally and demonstrated different postures for varying ability levels. Although no injury check was conducted, the class overall flowed well with good energy.
As a first-time visitor to the club, our evaluator felt the club was a comfortable and supportive environment.
The Equipment And Studio
The equipment in the studio was in good condition and well-maintained. In a sign of their commitment to cleanliness, staff came in to mop the floor and sanitize the classroom immediately after the session.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.
The public areas had a design and tone that fit nicely with the brand and created a peaceful mood. Although the waiting area was a little tight, the air was fresh and there was good utilization of the space for a small studio.
Digital And Technology
The booking process was smooth and easy for our evaluator to navigate, as was the rest of the website. The club shared a strong sense of brand through the website as well as their social media channels.
Pricing
YoFit Hot Studios offers an introductory deal for first-time clients. Newcomers can enjoy three days of unlimited sessions for the special price of 99AED.
If you’re looking for a longer-term commitment, unlimited memberships are available at various durations. Deals include a one-month unlimited membership that costs 1250AED and range up to a 12-month package for 10,200AED. All unlimited memberships need to be paid upfront.
Drop-in sessions are available at 125AED per class, with smaller commitment packages also available, starting at a 10-pack for 1150AED.
