What to Expect From A TruFusion Circuit Session
TruFusion is a multi-concept studio that offers both heated and non-heated training options. TruFusion offers a plethora of class types including Yoga, Kettlebell training, Pilates, Barre, Boxing and Circuit classes. Each class offers a wide range of more specialist, niched sessions such as Tru Mat Pilates and Kettlebell Battle Ropes.
TruFusion’s Circuit classes are unheated and use tools such as kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells and suspension trainers to deliver a strength and cardio blast.
The Reception Service
The club’s concept and various class types were explained well by the friendly and informative staff member who handled our phone call.
On arrival at the club, the reception staff was friendly and helpful, offering us a tour of the large space. After the session, staff checked in with us to see how we enjoyed the session and were comfortable talking through the training options. Overall, we felt welcomed and taken care of.

After some confusion about when the class started and where we had to be, we wandered into the studio for the start of the session. Once we kicked off the class, the coach’s energy and demeanor were positive throughout. The timings were manually operated on a stopwatch on the large screen.
The Equipment And Studio
The equipment and studio were aesthetically impressive and clean, with a fresh feel. The lighting was especially strong and added significantly to the experience.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were not available.
The public areas were very spacious and clean, with many interesting design features. The branded artwork and flowers were particularly attractive, contributing to a very strong sense of place.
Digital And Technology
We were able to book their class on the website, although sometimes the international information was displayed, rather than specific details for the Dubai club. The brand's social media channels provided insight into what to expect.

TruFusion Dubai offers an introductory deal for first-time clients. Newcomers can enjoy their first class free of charge.
If you’re looking for a large commitment to TruFusion, the club offers a monthly-autopay unlimited membership for 1100AED.
Drop-in sessions are available at 120AED per class, with smaller commitment packages also available, starting at a five-pack for 550AED.
