STORM treats every class as a soulful experience designed to connect the mind, body and soul with the bike. The end result? You leave feeling ready to take on the world after an “unforgettable riding experience”.

Their signature class STORM45 is held in a dark candlelit studio they’ve dubbed “the eye of the storm”. Each instructor curates their own playlist in a 45-minute class to the beat of the music that’s designed to inspire and invigorate. It’s designed to be a full-body session that incorporates hand weights for the upper body, coupled with elements of meditation and stretching. 

Beyond STORM45, the brand offers special classes that focus on a music style or artist.

The reception experience stood out, especially before arrival. Communication was proactive and helpful, with clear directions, follow-ups and flexibility when plans changed. The situation was handled smoothly, and options were offered to reschedule, which set a strong tone ahead of the visit.

On arrival, everything ran efficiently and felt well organised. We were recognised straight away, check-in was quick and a clear orientation was provided without needing to ask. Practical details were explained clearly, and support was offered throughout, including help with setup before class. After the session, staff followed up, asked about the experience and explained package options confidently, while also tailoring suggestions based on our routine. The approach was personal, consistent and well executed across the full journey.

The class was a standout, with a clear structure and strong energy throughout. Instructions were easy to follow, demonstrations were clear and the flow of the session made it easy to stay engaged. The workout was well paced, with a good balance of intensity and recovery, and the overall atmosphere felt motivating from start to finish.

There was a strong level of individual attention during the session. Injuries were checked at the start, adjustments were made where needed and feedback was given throughout. A highlight came towards the end with a guided, high energy segment that added variety and made the class feel memorable.

The session finished with a structured cooldown and a follow-up after, which added a personal touch.

The studio environment was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Equipment was set up in advance, in excellent condition and spaced well to allow everyone to move freely. The setup supported the flow of the class and made it easy to transition between exercises without disruption.

The design of the space added to the experience, with lighting and layout creating a focused training environment. Features such as the raised instructor platform improved visibility across the room, while the sound system supported the energy of the session. The overall space felt functional, polished and aligned with the style of training.

The public areas were bright, modern and easy to navigate. The entrance created a strong first impression, and the overall layout made it simple to move through the space. Waiting areas were comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere and good use of space.

Changing areas and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, with good water pressure in the showers and a reliable setup overall. Lockers were secure and easy to use, and towels were provided and neatly presented.

The digital experience was smooth and easy to use. Booking could be completed quickly through the website or app, with clear confirmation and useful pre-arrival information provided. Communication through WhatsApp was fast and helpful, making the process feel straightforward and well supported.

The website was clean, mobile friendly and aligned with the brand, with clear class details and schedules available. Social media channels were consistent and reflected the in-studio experience well.

STORM offer two introductory deals for first-time clients. Newcomers can pay 239AED for 3 classes.

The club do not offer memberships, but if you are looking to make a big commitment to STORM, you can purchase a large class package such as a 20-pack of sessions for 1,999AED.

Drop-in sessions are available at 139AED per class.

Smaller commitment packages are also available, starting at a five-pack for 650AED.
