What to Expect From An Inspire Yoga Session
Inspire Yoga offers a wide range of classes that incorporate yoga, Pilates and fitness. Their methodology and approach can be adapted to all ages, skill levels and physical conditions.
They champion a holistic approach that builds you physically, mentally and spiritually, offering a wide range of class types including both heated and unheated rooms. Traditional offerings such as Yin and Vinyasa are available, as well as more modern twists such as Peaceful Warrior Flow.
They also offer corporate wellness programs, experiential events and other healing and wellness practices, such as sound bowl sessions.

All of our questions regarding the club and concept were answered smoothly by a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff during our phone call to the club.
On arrival at the club, we were promptly registered and an orientation of the studio was provided. More help as a first-time client before and after the class would have improved the experience.
The Class Experience
Inspire Yoga received our Recommended rating for the Class Experience.
Our instructor led the class professionally and gave different posture options to accommodate different ability levels. The energy in the room was good and the class flowed nicely. During the class, our instructor walked around and corrected participants individually, showing positive energy by smiling and making eye contact.
The class finished 10 minutes after the scheduled time. After the class was wrapped up, however, the coach made a further effort to connect, rounding off an overall positive experience.
The Equipment And Studio
The equipment in the studio was well-maintained, and the standard of cleanliness was good. The equipment was well stocked and organized on shelves.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Workout towels were not provided and shower towels could be rented. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were not available.
The club was easy to find, and we were greeted with the scent of incense sticks on arrival. Motivational wording on the wall added to the brand experience.
Digital And Technology
Navigating the website was simple and booking our class was intuitive thanks to the professional design of the website. The club's overall branding, across their website and social media channels alike, was consistent and professional.

Inspire Yoga offers an introductory deal for first-time clients. Newcomers can enjoy two classes for the price of one for 115AED.
The club do not offer memberships, although larger class package deals can be bought, such as 10 classes for 1049AED or 20 classes for 1999AED.
Drop-in sessions are available at 115AED per class.
