What to Expect From A CRANK Ride Session
In CRANK's signature Ride session, you can expect heavy climbs and powerful sprints to the beat of the music. A spectacular light and sound show, boosted by a state-of-the-art sound system, completes the experience.
The Reception Service
Our phone call to the club was picked up on the first attempt and handled by a knowledgeable staff member. A little extra enthusiasm could have been shown to make us feel more excited for the visit.
On arrival, registration was smooth but somewhat transactional. Additional personalized interactions would have improved the pre- and post-class experience.
The Class Experience
CRANK received The Fit Guide 4-Star Class Experience Award, making it one of Dubai’s stand-out offerings.
There were no interactions with the instructor before the class, but once we started he was likeable, enthusiastic and motivating, pushing us to our limits while making sure there were downtime periods to recover. Overall, the class was a high-energy, fun and enjoyable experience.
The Equipment And Studio
The studio was clean and well-maintained. The lighting effects were very impressive and really added to the experience.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.
The public areas were well-appointed and clean, with a design that was consistent and on-brand.
Digital And Technology
The website was designed professionally and could be navigated with ease. Booking the class was intuitive and there was a high level of communication from the club before the visit.
A leaderboard flashed intermittently onto the screen at the front of the studio during our session, providing a well-appreciated touch of competitiveness to the session.
Pricing
CRANK offers an introductory deal for first-time clients. Newcomers can enjoy their first session for a special price of 80AED.
If you’re looking for a longer-term commitment, memberships are available from 1000AED for 12 classes per month up to 1600AED for 30 classes per month.
Drop-in sessions are available at 130AED per class, with smaller commitment packages also available, starting at a five-pack for 600AED.
