The club design and finish were spectacular and in every way lived up to 1Rebel's reputation for world-class facilities. The waiting areas were spacious and finished with luxury touches, with many distinctive branded elements and lighting effects. The public areas were matched by an energetic and exciting class experience.

Reshape is 1Rebel’s treadmill and floor work concept, mixing running interval training with dumbbell strength exercises on their custom Rebel Bench.

For the running component, the instructor will offer speed guidelines and varying interval and incline instructions. These can be adjusted to your ability level.

For the floor work, bodyweight and dumbbell strength exercises are programmed, with a range of weights to cater for all levels.

Lights, a big sound system and an MC slash instructor all combine to complete a fun and challenging session.

Our pre-visit call to the club was picked up promptly and all of our questions were easily answered by an enthusiastic and friendly staff member.

On arrival, we were checked in quickly with a brief orientation offered. After the class, when enquiring about continued training at the club, we were shown the price list on the reception computer.

Before the class, the coach offered conversation and a warm introduction to the session and concept. The induction was patiently and thoroughly delivered and left us feeling ready to start.

The class itself was well structured and the environment had an exciting and premium feel. Our coach was friendly throughout all interactions and capable of guiding the class effectively.

The equipment and studio were of the highest quality and created a powerful, exciting and dynamic space. The space was very distinctive as a 1Rebel location, with both spotlights and colored lights. Everything was clean and in immaculate condition.

Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.

The public areas were spectacular and in every part lived up to 1Rebel's reputation for world-class facilities. The public areas were spacious, beautifully designed and clean. The open gym facility next to the studio further added to the premium facility.

Small but powerful branding elements were present throughout the customer journey, completing the five-star facilities and public areas.

The club’s online branding was consistent across its website and social media channels, which all contained high quality imagery and videos which represented the experience well. The website itself had good functionality and allowed us to book our session without hassle.

1Rebel DIFC offers an introductory deal for first-time clients. Newcomers can enjoy three sessions for a special price of 250AED.

If you’re looking for a longer-term commitment, unlimited class memberships are available from 1010AED per month, when you commit to a three-month package, down to 655AED per month if you commit to a 12-month deal.

All-access memberships are also available that include access to the 1Rebel open gym.

Drop-in sessions are available at 130AED per class, with smaller commitment packages also available, starting at a three-pack for 370AED.
