What to Expect From A 1BEAT CL1MB Session
1BEAT is a slickly designed studio and concept housed in a studio that’s built to be your “safe place”, where from the moment you step through the door, “nothing else matters”.
Their CL1MB concept involves 45 minutes of work on the Versaclimber, led by a motivating and energetic coach to the beat of the music. Expect pumping tunes and a light show to keep you moving when things get tough in a workout they dub a “rhythmic climb cardio party”. Other class concepts at 1BEAT couple the Versaclimber cardio with strength work on a bench.
The Reception Service
A very helpful and friendly staff member handled our call to the club and prepared us well for our visit.
On arrival, we were checked in quickly with a brief orientation offered. Although conversations were largely instigated by us, the team was overall friendly and knowledgeable about the packages.
The Class Experience
1Beat DIFC received The Fit Guide 4-Star Class Experience Award, making it one of Dubai’s stand-out offerings.
The class started well, with a demo of the Versaclimber given by the reception team. The class was introduced strongly with instructions that we should aim for a given target and that the workout would be choreographed to the music.
Once we kicked off the show, the session was fun and energetic, with the coach offering close attention to everyone along with the beats of the pumping tunes. He added a touch of humor which was fun and gave character to the session.
Overall, it was a high-energy and positive class delivered by an attentive coach who seemed to be having a great time.
The Equipment And Studio
The dimly lit room, lighting effects and powerful sound system offered a distinctive sense of place and vibe. The machines and studio were clean and well-maintained.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Workout and shower towels were provided free of charge. Lockers were provided with number locks. Free water refill stations were available.
The public areas were spacious, well-appointed and featured numerous branding elements. The areas were all spacious and comfortable, with lighting, artwork and plants adding to the brand experience. Everything was clean and in good condition.

The overall design of the website was notable with eye-catching video footage being played on the landing page. Booking our class was simple and intuitive and the payment process was seamless.

1BEAT offers an introductory deal for first-time clients. Newcomers can enjoy three sessions for a special price of 285AED.
If you’re looking for a longer-term commitment, memberships are available from 365AED for four classes per month up to 1260AED for unlimited classes.
Drop-in sessions are available at 125AED per class, with smaller commitment packages also available, starting at a five-pack for 600AED
