"The World's Healthiest Workplace"
In 2012, Technogym launched what would become one of the most unique fitness destinations in the world: Technogym Village in Cesena, Ilaly. The 150,000 square metre site brings together innovation, design and wellness in a way that few companies have ever tried.
The site opened with a guest list that included former US President Bill Clinton and Italian President Giorgio Napolitano and, over a decade on, remains a powerful expression of Technogym’s philosophy of integrating movement into every aspect of life (such as their limited elevators to encourage walking!)

A Workplace Built with Wellness In Mind
Technogym Village combines the company’s headquarters, R&D facilities, training and education centres, manufacturing lines and a flagship gym all in one space. The site is designed by renowned architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel and features eco-conscious materials and expansive use of glass, wood and steel to encourage transparency, sustainability and natural light.
This was more than an aesthetic decision. The building is north-facing, which helps regulate temperature throughout the year, while openable windows support natural ventilation.
Movement is subtly built into the workplace layout. Employees are encouraged to take the stairs, hold walking meetings and use medicine balls for seats. Their cafeteria serves healthy, locally sourced food.

Technogym: An Innovation Engine
Inside Technogym Village, the brand’s most important innovations have been developed and tested. The site serves as a showroom, laboratory and training centre, attracting elite athletes, fitness professionals and hospitality brands from around the world.
Technogym has always positioned itself at the intersection of fitness, technology and design. This commitment is reflected in their many international awards, including the prestigious Compasso d’Oro, Red Dot and iF Design Awards.

Official Olympic Supplier
Technogym is the official equipment supplier for the Olympic Games, a relationship that has been held since Sydney 2000. The brand has supported thousands of athletes across events, most recently providing training equipment for Paris 2024.
Today, Technogym operates in over 100 countries, supporting more than 35 million users across 100,000 facilities and 500,000 homes. The scale of the brand is matched by the ambition and design of Technogym Village, which has become a symbol of what’s possible when workplace design and wellness meet.

A Model for Fitness Industry Leaders
Technogym Village presents a vision of what's possible for corporate wellness. For fitness operators, architects and business leaders, it serves as a real-world case study in how a built environment can reflect brand values, inspire employees and become a destination in its own right.
As the global fitness industry continues to evolve, Technogym Village remains a blueprint for how to bring wellness, design and innovation together to create something truly world class.
