The instructor’s charisma and energy were a highlight of the experience. Their individualized feedback and encouragement helped keep us motivated and on track.

What to Expect From A Lean Bean Fitness Session
Lean Bean Fitness is a female-only studio dedicated to helping their community get stronger in a safe and fun environment.
Classes such as Bean Circuit and Barre Beans will test your strength using Pilates equipment or other strength-focused kit like the TRX.
The HIIT Play classes will test your stamina through interval training and aim to help you “take the sweat, tone n' burn to the next level”. Classes are usually 45 minutes long, with the exception of “HIIT Express” classes, which last 30 minutes.
The Reception Service
The number we found online did not connect to the branch, so we were unable to call before our visit.
On arrival, our instructor for the class, who was also on reception duties, was busy teaching. Once she had finished her class, she came over and gave us a warm welcome to Lean Bean Fitness, offering an in-depth orientation of the club. She was friendly and able to answer our questions on the club and concept confidently.
The Class Experience
Lean Bean Fitness has received The Fit Guide 4-Star Class Experience Award, making it one of Sydney’s stand-out offerings.
The class started strong, with our instructor giving a detailed breakdown of what we would be doing in the session. Clients’ names were used and the service was personalized and encouraging.
Despite there being some advanced movements in the class, our instructor did a good job of observing everyone from different angles, offering personalized coaching and appropriate and discreet physical adjustments where necessary.
The Equipment And Studio
The studio, other than a slogan on one wall, did not have many branding elements. The equipment was in decent condition, but a little worn in places.
The Facilities And Public Areas
Towels and lockers were not provided. Free water refill stations were available.
The public areas had nice lighting, many live plants, and smelled pleasant, courtesy of a lit candle. A wide range of amenities were available and the space was very clean.
Digital And Technology
The communication from the club via email was very good, containing lots of information regarding the club's policies such as when to arrive. This helped us feel prepared for the visit.
The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was aided by the club’s free app.
